Natalia Amor
Finance Coordinator
Based in Argentina. For over a decade, Natalia has worked at a recognized non-governmental organization dedicated to protecting and promoting human rights in Argentina. The organization undertakes a comprehensive agenda in areas such as memory, truth, justice, gender, surveillance, protest, migration, territory, and local communities. She served as Financial Officer in charge of the management of the organization’s projects, budget control, expense monitoring, and preparation of internal and external financial reports, being the financial link with international cooperation private organizations, as well as agencies with public funds, such as the United Nations and the European Union.
In 2022, she assumed the role of Administration and Financial Coordination for the area of the same human rights organization, where she was responsible for grants management, leadership and team management, internal and external communications, and planning and logistics for institutional events.
In 2022, she also contributed to United Nations projects on migration for a local University. Natalia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Buenos Aires, and in 2024, she will complete her second degree as an Accountant at the same institution. She also has a postgraduate degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Andrés.
