Ines Hirata

Graphic Design and Multimedia Assistant

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ines holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has been working as a graphic designer for more than 20 years and is currently a freelancer for some NGOs. As part of this work, she has participated in several international meetings under the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, including SBSTTA-20, COP13, and COP14, and workshops for youth worldwide. Drawing on years of experience in this field, Ines likes to create comprehensible and visually appealing graphic materials so people can easily understand the content. Some of her notable recent projects include the CBD in a Nutshell (Global Youth Biodiversity Network) and trilingual Territories of Life: 2021 Report (ICCA Consortium).
