Administration and Membership Coordinator
Based in Germany. Originally from Chile, Xaviera is a professional translator and interpreter by the University of Santiago de Chile and also holds a Master’s degree in Development Cooperation, Public Management and NGDOs from the University of Granada in Spain. During her career as a translator and interpreter, she has worked with a variety of organisations, both large and small, specialising in the fields of biodiversity conservation, climate change, indigenous Peoples and local communities, and small-scale artisanal fishing. From 2023, her role within the Consortium is to coordinate the internal administration of the association and to support the Membership Committee from the Secretariat.
